American Professor Jonathan Shedler, famous psychologist, described how a target is transformed into a monster by a network of psychopathical state criminals. First of all they organize a character assassination, using a.o. chemical products in an attempt to criminalize their target/victim, in a passive way by using resistance cutting products, in an active way by using e.g. pheromones.
After a while they start telling everybody they are doing "good" by literally destroying the monster they created themselves, using mainly "No Touch Torture" weapons on individual scale. It looks like Neighborhood Networks and Federal Police are involved in such operations.(Note that those torture practices are crimes against humanity, an important category of crime.
Note also that those criminals project their own inner evil(das radikal Böse) on their victims.)
A MI5 officer told they use microwaves since the early 1960's and said it is a "perfect" weapon, which raises the question if the Zersetzung policy of the communist Stasi was a copycat of Western practices!
There is a proliferation of those STASI-practices throughout Europe and America using a.o. blacklists.
Note that you can not see this in isolation from the blackmail networks, known now to a broad segment of the population thanks to, among other things, the Epstein affair.
